ETA: Transaction completed and I got refunded. After getting ahold of someone everything went smoothly. Even though I bought it on FBMarketplace, e-mail seems to be a better means of communication with them. ETA: S&Co reached out via email after this review. Their email was very professional. We have worked out a solution. I will update when the transaction is complete. Bought a dining chair I saw on their Facebook Marketplace page. Picked it up, new in the original packaging, drug it all the way home and the leg is almost broken off. There is no place on their website to call. Sent them a Facebook message. No response in 3 days. Tried to send another message and I believe I’ve been blocked from their page and messaging them. Do not purchase from them.

UPDATE: The customer service rep emailed me back and was apologetic and helped me understand where they had actually listed that it was missing a leg :) I really appreciated their thoughtful response and they provided a refund. Original review: Bought a dresser, picked up and took it all the way home to find out it’s the wrong dresser that was packed. Drove all the way back and luckily they gave me a refund so I tried again. Took the new one home, bought other items to match… went to set up and it was missing a leg and had a random black motor part in the box….

We have found some amazing deals here! They are typically very good at indicating any missing parts/pieces and the couple times (out of literally over 25 orders) something was amiss they took the product back for store credit with zero fuss. This is a great spot for getting some deep discounts if you are willing to read the descriptions and take a tiny risk.

Salvage Company is great. We’ve ordered from them several times, and we’ve received great service each time. Today, Kyle was especially helpful and efficient at quickly grabbing our order and loading it into car. They make the whole experience super easy. The products we’ve ordered have been steals and in great condition. Highly recommended!

Fun experience. Great help on the floor, friendly. For those saying they didn't get what they paid for, they obviously didn't understand what kind of place they were coming to. You have to understand the premise of the store and not set expectations to regular retail perfection. The prices are incredible and there will be things that are scratch n dent style. My suggestion is don't buy without being there, seeing, feeling, smelling. Go and have Fun! Don't be a grump.

Update: I went back today to get the shelves. At first they could not find the shelves and clips but the did eventually locate them. I was able to speak to a very professional manager there and they refunded a portion of the cabinet. I am very appreciative of the effort to make this right. Thank you Salvage and Co. I'm writing to tell my current experience going on right now. I will gladly change my review if Salvage and Co. makes this right - so far they are not. On Saturday I bought a $700+ item online from them. My daughter also bought some items on a separate order. I went that day to pick it up as you have 2 business days to pick it up. We live an hour away. When we arrived, we waited in line for our turn and when we got up there to retrieve the item, I asked the attendant if everything was loaded up. The attendant yelled over to the loaders "Hey did you get the shelves loaded?" (the shelves were part of the item I purchased) They answered back that the shelves along with the other items we got were all loaded up. So, we traveled back the hour drive home. About 20 minutes after we left, they called my daughter (not me even though my number was clearly on the order) and said the shelves were not loaded. They did send an email too, but I don't check them when I'm driving of course. When I saw the email I responded Saturday (after I was all the way home). So, it's now Tuesday and they responded saying they would lay them aside until I can make it back in. I'm frustrated - no offer to pay for my gas, compensate me at all....and they don't take returns. Their actions will tell me if they value my business and want any future from me.
